Dr. S.B. Anderson was born in Greenfield, Ohio in 1825. He attended Eclectic Medical Institute in Cincinnati and practiced in Greenfield, Ohio before coming to Lawrence in 1868. Dr. Anderson continued to practice in Lawrence until 1900. He died in Denver, March 1907. Arthur J. Anderson was born in Greenfield, Ohio in 1863 and graduated from Hanemann Medical College and Hospital of Philadelphia in 1886. After medical school he joined his father in Lawrence.
